Launched by Cred in 2022, "Ever" is an exceptional real estate development sprawled across 40 acres of vibrant land in West Cairo. Poised to make a significant mark in the region, the partnership was given the go-ahead by Ahmed Mansour, Cred's CEO, and Halim Fouad, COO of Dex Squared.
As part of this partnership, Dex Squared will leverage our vast industry expertise to offer a comprehensive suite of hospitality solutions for "Ever". Our responsibilities will include consultancy services for the project's branded residential apartments under construction, assistance with selecting fitting hotel brands for the development, and ensuring adherence to the rigorous technical standards required by global brands.

The "Ever" project is favorably situated next to the Mall of Arabia on the 26th of July corridor, enhancing its accessibility. The development consists of 42 buildings, six of which are non-residential, encompassing 1200 administrative offices and commercial units, along with 500 residential units and an equal number of hotel apartments and rooms. Delivery of the project is expected to commence in 2026.
