Dex Squared Assumes Operations of Ever’s Clubhouse in Strategic Partnership with Cred

Dubai, 8th of May 2024 – Dex Squared is proud to announce a new milestone in its partnership with Cred, a leading real estate developer. Under this agreement, Dex Squared will take over the operations of Ever’s Clubhouse located in the vibrant West of Cairo, adjacent to Mall of Arabia on the 26th of July corridor. This collaboration marks the second initiative between Dex Squared and Cred following last year’s successful protocol involving the commercial facets of the same project.

 

As per the agreement, Dex Squared will manage all aspects of the Clubhouse, ensuring service delivery that adheres to the highest internationally recognized technical standards. The facility boasts a multi-experience offering including five restaurants, a state-of-the-art gym surrounded by several swimming pools, and a rejuvenating spa. Construction by Cred commenced in 2023, with an expected opening to the public slated for the second quarter of 2025. These integrated amenities are designed to serve and delight every visitor to the district.

Ever’s Clubhouse is part of the broader Ever project in West Cairo, a region known for its strategic significance and high demand. The project is backed by stellar architectural work from YDG Engineers, Ismail Habruk, and ACE (Arab Consulting Engineers), with delivery expected to begin in 2026.
